Restaurant facilities

Our comfortable restaurant was converted from old stables and a disused barn many years ago, the restoration and alterations were in keeping with the rest of the Inn, with oak beams & brick pillars.

Our menu varies from season to season, with traditional delicacies such as fresh game, pheasant and rabbit. On occasion we serve freshwater trout, sea foods and fresh lobster.

We also cater for the vegetarian with an imaginative array of fine food, for the meat eaters we serve the traditional roast beef, pork, lamb, and chicken.

We serve a nice red hot! chili with garlic bread, also lasagne, cottage pie etc., our home made soups are created as a mouth watering starter.

Complement your meal with a fine wine, traditional beer, larger or cider, then what a better way to finish off your meal, with a fine choice of desserts and beverages.

Please remember to book in advance to guarantee your table, this also applies to Sunday Lunch which is
available, from 12 noon to 2pm.

Bon appetite, enjoy your stay at our historical Inn.
